Shipping policy EU and USA

All orders placed before 16.00 Monday to Friday will be offered to the carrier within 24 hours.

Orders placed after 16.00 will be presented before the end of the next day. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on public holidays and Sundays.

The total delivery time is currently between 2-5 business-days within the EU. Shipping is free for Europe.

USA, Australia and Japanese orders will be delivered within 7-9 days and require a small shipping fee based on the weight class of the order.

We always ship from our centrally located warehouse in the Netherlands. Our products are manufactured in our China based factory to attain the most favorable price and best high quality dolls. For deliveries outside of the EU, please be aware of possible import-costs. The buyer is responsible for paying any import related bills. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about potential charges. Refusing to pay the import tariffs will result in a delay of your shipment, if the parcel is shipped back to us, the return costs will be withheld from your refund.

The actual delivery can vary due to busy times of the carrier (PostNL, DPD, DHL, UPS or Fedex).
