Returns

As a consumer in Europe, you have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full amount of your order, excluding shipping costs. You must bear the cost of returning the product from your home to the shop. Please refer to your carrier's website for exact prices.

All our products are delivered sealed, if you break the seal, returns are no longer possible.

The products are delivered in a transparent sealed bag, so you can decide upon delivery whether you want to use the product or return it.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.

To exercise this right, you must first contact us via the contact form or by email MonicaMoments@outlook.com and provide your order number.

Send the parcel indicating your order number (or as a reference on the delivery note and with a note in the box).

The cost of return shipping is to be carried by the buyer.

The order amount will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of your return, provided the product is returned in good condition.

Refunds are made in the same way as the original order.
