Please note: When you choose extra options or additional specifications (such as a different eye color or gel buttocks), your doll will be custom-made specifically to your personal configuration. This also applies if the option is free.
Custom-made and personalized products fall under the legal exception to the right of withdrawal (return policy).
Cancellation is only possible as long as production has not yet started. As soon as the specifications are confirmed via email, production will be scheduled. After this confirmation, the order will be definitively processed.
