Sex dolls are available with different types of breasts. Each type has its own advantages and disadvantages.
Choose solid breasts if durability is your top priority. Choose gel breasts if you want the most realistic experience and are willing to handle them with care. We do not recommend air-filled breasts, while you may save on cost, the risk of them deflating due to a small puncture is simply too high.
What types of breasts do sex dolls have?
The breasts of sex dolls (or possible upgrades) usually fall into one of three options: air-filled, solid, or gel-filled.
All of our torso's come with solid TPE breasts. These breasts are the most durable, the most affordable, and the least sensitive to tearing or damage. Adding gel to these products would lead to a relatively significant price increase.
For our full body dolls and half body dolls, we offer gel breasts as an upgrade for an additional €49.
This allows you to experience more realistic breasts that are softer and easier to squeeze, although they are also slightly more sensitive to tearing or damage.
Solid breasts in a TPE or silicone sex doll
Solid breasts are made entirely from the same material as the rest of the doll, either TPE or silicone.
- Most durable and least sensitive to damage or tearing

- Not the most realistic option in terms of softness and feel
Gel breasts in sex dolls
With gel breasts, a small incision is made underneath the breast, similar to a breast augmentation procedure. The breast is then filled with gel (a material made from TPE with a higher oil content, making it softer but also more sensitive).
The incision underneath the breast is then carefully sealed, allowing you to enjoy ultra-realistic breasts that, just like in real life, are slightly more sensitive than the rest of the body.

Air-filled hollow breasts
These breasts are created in a similar way to gel breasts. An opening is made underneath the breast, after which some TPE material is removed so the breast becomes hollow and filled with air, making it softer.
- A lot more sensitive to damage or tearing; even a small tear can cause the breast to deflate
- Softer and somewhat more realistic, but often too soft,similar to a loosely inflated balloon. Adding more air is possible, but this increases the risk of the breast deflating due to higher internal pressure and stress on the material
- No extra cost, but due to the higher risk of damage, lower realism, and lower durability, we do not offer this option
The best breasts for your budget
If you are looking for durable breasts at a competitive price, choose solid breasts.
If you are willing to pay a bit extra, choose gel breasts for the most realistic look and feel, just handle them with care.
We generally recommend avoiding air-filled breasts, as the risk of problems is relatively high.
More expensive is not always better, but just like upgrading the hands of sex dolls, gel breasts are definitely worth it.
